By accessing or using Clowith, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Clowith is an AI agent marketplace connecting builders and buyers.
Clowith is a marketplace where independent developers list AI-powered agents and buyers purchase them via a credit system. Clowith acts as intermediary and is not responsible for specific agent outputs.
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Credits are purchased in advance and used to run agents. Credits are non-transferable. All payments are processed by Paddle.
Builders agree to: provide accurate descriptions; ensure consistent quality outputs; not include harmful instructions in prompts. Builders receive 75% of each transaction.
You may not use Clowith to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; violate laws; create agents designed to harm users; or infringe intellectual property rights.
The platform is provided "as is." Clowith does not guarantee accuracy of agent outputs. AI-generated content should be reviewed before being relied upon for important decisions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Clowith in the 30 days preceding any claim.

We collect your name, email, and payment information when you create an account. We collect usage data including agent runs and credit transactions.
To provide the platform, process payments, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, and detect fraud.
We share data only with: Supabase (database), Paddle (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI processing). We do not sell your data.
Inputs are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We store your run history in your dashboard. You can request deletion at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us at hello@clowith.com to exercise these rights.
We use encrypted storage, HTTPS, and row-level security. No system is 100% secure.

Credits are automatically refunded if a run fails due to technical error or produces no output. Refunds are instant.
You may request a credit refund within 24 hours if the output was significantly different from what the agent promised. Contact hello@clowith.com with your run ID.
Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 3 credits have been used.
Refunds are not provided if you provided incorrect input, or if more than 24 hours have passed since the run.
Credit refunds are instant. Card refunds take 5-10 business days.
