By accessing or using Clowith ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Clowith is operated by an individual developer and provides an AI agent marketplace connecting builders and buyers.
Clowith is a marketplace platform that allows independent developers ("Builders") to list AI-powered agents, and businesses or individuals ("Buyers") to purchase and use those agents via a credit-based payment system. Clowith acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the specific outputs generated by individual agents.
You must create an account to use most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Clowith operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and used to run agents. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Credit prices are listed in USD. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor.
Builders who list agents on the Platform agree to: (a) provide accurate descriptions of their agents; (b) ensure their agents produce consistent, high-quality outputs; (c) not include harmful, illegal, or deceptive instructions in agent system prompts; (d) receive 75% of each transaction generated by their agents, with 25% retained by Clowith as a platform fee.
You agree not to use the Platform to: generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Platform's security; create agents designed to manipulate, harass, or harm users; infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties.
Builders retain ownership of their agent system prompts and configurations. Buyers retain ownership of their input data and the outputs generated from their runs. Clowith retains all rights to the Platform's design, code, and infrastructure.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Clowith does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any agent output. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon for important decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clowith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Clowith in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Clowith reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded at our discretion. Builders whose agents are removed for policy violations forfeit any pending earnings from those agents.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information when creating an account or purchasing credits. We also collect usage data including agent runs, credit transactions, and platform interactions. We use Supabase for secure data storage and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Platform; process payments and manage your credit balance; send transactional emails (receipts, notifications); respond to your support requests; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations.
We share your data only with: Supabase (database and authentication); Paddle (payment processing); Resend (transactional email); Anthropic (AI processing — your inputs are sent to generate agent outputs). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or marketing companies.
The inputs you provide when running agents are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. These inputs are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We store your inputs and outputs in our database to provide run history in your dashboard. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Platform functionality.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, secure HTTPS connections, and row-level security in our database. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@clowith.com
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Run history is retained for 12 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

At Clowith, we want every agent run to deliver genuine value. If something goes wrong, we make it right. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both buyers and the builders who create agents on our platform.
Credits are automatically refunded to your account if: an agent run fails due to a technical error; an agent produces no output; the platform experiences an outage during your run. Automatic refunds are processed instantly and credits appear in your balance immediately.
You may request a credit refund within 24 hours of a run if: the output was significantly different from what the agent description promised; the output quality was substantially below the sample shown on the agent card. To request a refund, contact hello@clowith.com with your run ID and a brief description of the issue.
Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 3 credits. To request a full refund of a credit pack, contact hello@clowith.com. Partial refunds for partially used credit packs are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not provided if: you are dissatisfied with a correctly functioning agent; you provided incorrect or incomplete input; the output was accurate but not what you hoped for; more than 24 hours have passed since the run (except for credit pack refunds within 7 days).
Credit refunds are instant. Cash refunds to your original payment method are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
